Eileen Middleton, CEO and leading Interior Designer, is a multi-award-winning director with extensive expertise. Renowned for her exceptional, high-quality work and superb interior design services on the Sunshine Coast, Melbourne & Sydney, Eileen holds a Bachelor of Built Environment (Interior Design) and a Diploma in Building Design.
Collaborating with Australia’s premier builders and tradespeople, Eileen’s portfolio exemplifies understated elegance and refined design in both residential and commercial interiors. Her passion lies in meticulous leadership, ensuring perfection at every phase of the design process, from initial concept to flawless execution and installation.
With over 25 years of experience, Eileen has dedicated many years to vocational training, mentoring numerous students who have successfully pursued careers as interior technicians. She remains committed to expanding her global network and knowledge, actively engaging with leading engineer and manufacturing firms across Europe and Australia.
An active member of the Design Institute of Australia, Master Builders, the Kitchen and Bathrooms Design Institute, and QBDA, Eileen also holds a QBCC licence for her design practice. Her work is characterized by contemporary interiors and bespoke furniture packages that enhance spaces with form, colour, and texture, demonstrating her expertise in creating beautiful and functional environments.

Our CEO and leading Interior Designer, Eileen Middleton, is a multi-award winning and knowledgeable director. With a Bachelors of Built Environment – Interior Design and a Diploma in Building Design Eileen has inspired many clients over her 20 years involvement in design and construction.
Revered by many well-known local builders and trades that collaborate with her to complete clients work to quality standards. Eileen has fully embraced her passion by creating a soulful design studio and showroom. It has become a meeting point that has helped her build a successful business based on great relationships with clients and collaborators. Eileen has been able to enjoy creating innovative spaces for her clients that both herself and her clients are honoured to stand behind.
From design concept through to construction and installation of furniture and soft furnishings, Eileen is driven by her desire to make sure that every aspect of each project is completed to perfection and to the satisfaction of her clients. Travelling – throughout Europe, France Germany, Italy to cabinet making firms, fittings & material manufacturers and tile manufactures has given Eileen a unique insight into products and new design trends that are only available through experience. Eileen has always been a great mentor to her team and dedicated to new technology to express their design talent.
ANDY HOOI - SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER

Andy is our CAD extraordinaire, bringing many of our projects to life through precise, detail-rich documentation that keeps everything running on time and aligned with the broader design vision. His work ensures the spaces we create are not only beautiful, but also functional, efficient, and thoughtfully resolved.
Before graduating with a Bachelor of Interior Design from RMIT Melbourne, Andy gained valuable experience with a leading shop fit-out company in Singapore. Now with over 10 years at Interiority—the design-driven architectural arm of Eileen Middleton Interiors—Andy brings international insight and professionalism to every project.
He is highly experienced across all stages of the design process, with standout strengths in hand-drawn perspectives, interior detailing, and furniture layouts in CAD. His accurate spatial planning supports well-informed selections, optimises room flow, and reduces costly changes—keeping projects on schedule and within budget while supporting client confidence at every step.
Andy’s role extends beyond documentation. He works closely with trades and suppliers on-site, communicates clearly with clients, and contributes to a collaborative, coordinated approach that reflects our values: clear communication, hands-on support, quality control, and genuine care. With Andy, clients feel supported from the earliest sketches through to final delivery.

KAROLINA PYTLAK- JUNIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER
Bachelor of Interior Architecture (QUT)
Karolina plays an essential role in assisting with our refurbishment and furniture projects. Currently a 3rd-year Interior Architecture student at Queensland University of Technology, she is passionate about creating designs that strike a perfect balance between beauty and functionality. She contributes across presentation preparation, client support and range of admin tasks—helping ensure a well-organised, stress-free experience for our clients.
Growing up in her parents’ small business, Karolina developed a strong work ethic and gained first hand experience in the dedication required to bring creative ideas to life. Her background has given her an appreciation for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the importance of clear communication in understanding and meeting client needs.
Karolina has a deep love for colour, believing that “Colour is the soul of design, bringing life to spaces and joy to people.” She strives to create warm, welcoming environments where everyone feels at home.
Excited to learn and collaborate, Karolina brings fresh ideas, supports her team, and contributes to impactful social media content. She’s committed to ensuring every project connects people with their spaces in a meaningful way.

PRIYAM MEHROTRA - JUNIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER

Priyam is a third-year Interior Architecture student at Queensland University of Technology (QUT), with a passion for designing human-centered spaces that are both functional and emotionally resonant. She believes that interior environments have the power to shape the way people live, feel, and connect—and that exceptional design should promote well-being, creativity, and a strong sense of place.
Her design approach is guided by a deep sensitivity to nature and colour. Inspired by organic materials, natural light, and the calming principles of biophilic design, she thoughtfully considers the emotional impact of colour in each project. For her, colour is not only a visual element, but a tool to influence mood, add depth, and create harmony within a space.
Throughout her academic journey, she has developed a strong foundation in spatial planning, material selection, and sustainable design. She thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to transform ideas into beautifully resolved, meaningful spaces. Currently gaining hands-on experience at Eileen Middleton Interiors, she is excited to contribute to transformative interior projects that bring joy and connection to everyday life.

SIENNA DUTTON- DESIGN OFFICE & MARKETING ASSISTANT
Graduated from Sunshine Coast Grammar
As the youngest member of the Eileen Middleton Interiors team, Sienna brings a fresh perspective and a natural eye for visual harmony. Recently graduated from Sunshine Coast Grammar, she has quickly become an essential part of our daily operations and marketing efforts.
With a love for symmetry and beautifully balanced imagery, Sienna curates our Instagram content with care and creativity, ensuring our projects are presented with clarity, elegance, and a signature style that reflects our brand.
In the studio, she supports the team across a variety of tasks—from coordinating samples and preparing presentations to assisting with the smooth running of the office behind the scenes. Her calm presence, attention to detail, and enthusiasm make her a valued contributor to our collaborative and client-focused culture.
