Our custom design packages ensure an effortless process to achieve a functional, comfortable, and visually appealing commercial interior. Our holistic packages include everything you need to achieve your design ambitions and include:
– Developing and drawing practical floor plan layouts to effectively utilise your space.

– Finishes Selections, including paint, cabinetry, benchtops etc.

These services are provided with an understanding of the value of your investment; we ensure our selections are durable and easy to maintain. We are well equipped to select furniture and design in accordance with the NCC and Australian Standards. As part of our project management services, we can develop design solutions considering your specific budget without ever compromising on quality, style, or practicality.
As part of your design services, regular meetings will be held in our Buderim showroom. This allows us to collaborate with you in the selection process of finishes and furniture for your project. You will have the opportunity to view physical product samples for a wide range of suppliers including but not limited to:
- Coloured board products: Polytec, Laminex
- Natural and manufactured Stone product: Smartstone, Dekton, Quantum Quartz, Caesarstone
- Paint finishes: Resene, Dulux
Interiority Interior Design is well connected with a broad range of Australian furniture suppliers. This allows us to offer our clients stylish pieces for any aesthetic preference or budget. Our furniture selection services include:
- Furniture Selection services to suit your aesthetic needs, budget, and spatial requirements.
- Professional Floor Plan layouts drawn to scale to demonstrate the placement of your selected furniture pieces within the space.
- Liaison with suppliers
- Coordination of furniture deliveries and professional installation
HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?
- Send us an enquiry via our website or contact us via phone or email.
- A member of the EMI team will arrange an initial design consultation meeting with Eileen either at our Buderim showroom or via Zoom. During this meeting, design concepts and scope of services will be discussed.
- After this meeting, we will present to you a fee proposal for the scope of services for your exact project. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will begin the design process in earnest.
- The EMI team will commence design services including furniture, finishes selections along with design detail drawing and furniture layout options to best suit your space.
- We will arrange regular meetings with yourselves to discuss interior finishes, detailing and furniture selections and tailor them to your liking.
- Upon final confirmation of your design, the Interiority team will liaise with our suppliers and contractors to promptly commence construction.
- From commencing construction through to delivery, EMI will closely manage your project by liaising with contractors to ensure your project is completed to a high standard.
- Upon completion of construction, the EMI team will arrange the delivery and installation of your selected furniture and will be placed based upon the agreed floor plan layout.
- Your medical suite is now complete and ready to be enjoyed by you and your clients.
